| Maria Grazia Fornasier is the founder of Mouillettes & Co, a fragrance training and consultancy company. Her career, developed both in France and Italy with international groups, covers a large spectrum of the perfume industry. Her career began in France as Communications Manager for Saint-Gobain Desjonquères at the beginning of the 80s; then moving to Italy with the same group, she guided the development of the commercial activity for the fragrance and cosmetic sectors. In 1989, she founded the Italian subsidiary of the V. Mane Fils group. From 1993 to 2003 she was General Manager of Takasago Italy. The Mouillettes & Co project is a natrual evolution in her professional career which, together with analyses showing the potential to further strengthen the sector, lead her to undertake this new and enthusiastic adventure. |

| After 17 years experience in the chemical industry, Toby Frey joined Givaudan Corporation's chemical group as Director of Sales USA in 1983. In the mid 1980's he joined the Fragrance Division and assumed the added responsibility of Procter & Gamble Fragrance sales. With the merger of Roure and Givaudan in 1991, he became Senior Vice President - World Account Manager for Procter & Gamble, creating and managing a commercial / technical global team until 1998. He then served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales for the Fragrance Ingredients Business until his retirement from Givaudan in 2002. |
